About the Role

As a Transaction Coordinator at Sidekick, you’ll work alongside top-performing real estate investors and agents to keep every transaction on track—from contract through closing. You ensure timelines are met, documents are up-to-date, and all parties stay informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of a real estate transaction, from contract through close.
  • Manage transaction timelines and ensure key deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, escrow officers, and agents.
  • Organize and update all transaction documents in the CRM/management system.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator (real estate background required).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Great written and verbal communication—comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Dotloop, DocuSign, SkySlope, or similar transaction tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
