About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager (SMM) to oversee the client’s social presence across platforms, ensuring consistent content planning, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking. The SMM plays a crucial role in connecting with our community, managing brand reputation, and driving long‑term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the monthly content calendar.
Oversee or create simple graphic design assets as needed.
Schedule posts across Meta Business Suite and/or Metricool.
Monitor inboxes, reply to inquiries, and manage Facebook communities.
Respond to comments (positive/negative) with a professional, on‑brand tone.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership for campaign launches (as applies).
Track insights and prepare monthly analytics reports (reach, engagement, growth).

Key Requirements

Proven experience in social media management.
Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and Canva.
Strong writing skills (captions, short scripts, professional responses).
Ability to plan, structure, and execute a content calendar.
Familiarity with KPIs (reach, engagement, growth) and reporting.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Bonus: Knowledge of AI tools for content and engagement optimization.
