What are the eight steps in your recruitment process?

Group Orientation – learn about Sidekick’s culture and expectations.

Submit Application Form – share your experience, skills and resume.

Screening & Application Review – recruiters assess fit. Training – guided up-skilling sessions.

Interview with Department Head – role-specific evaluation.

Pooled Applicants – you enter the ready-to-hire roster.

How do I apply?

Visit Job Board → Apply Now beside any role, attach your resume, a short (1-2 min) introduction video, and—where requested—a portfolio link (for creative roles). Attend the next scheduled Group Orientation to kick-off the eight-step process.

Which positions are open right now, and how much do they pay?

Roles change weekly, but current featured openings include Administrative Assistant, Inside Sales Associate, Cold Caller, Transaction Coordinator, Graphic Designer, Website Designer, Video Editor, Social Media Manager, Marketing Assistant and Go High Level Expert.

Is the work 100 % remote? What time-zones will I follow?

Yes. Every listing is tagged “Remote”. Schedules align with the client’s market—most roles follow US Eastern or Pacific time blocks published in the job card.

Do I pay anything for training?

No. Sidekick’s training modules are clearly advertised as free for qualified applicants.

How soon can I be placed with a client after training?

Timelines vary by role demand, but once you pass Step 6 (pooled applicants) you are eligible for immediate matching. Many candidates interview with a client within 1-3 weeks of entering the pool; final placement happens after the client interview (Step 7).

What equipment or internet speed do I need?

Our remote US-based clients expect:

1. Reliable laptop/desktop (At least 8 GB RAM+, i5/Ryzen 5 or equivalent)

2. Hard-wired internet of at least 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload

3. Noise-cancelling USB headset and HD webcam for calls

Will I be an employee or an independent contractor?

Sidekick VAs work as independent contractors servicing US clients through Sidekick’s management team. You invoice Sidekick and are paid in USD (typically bi-weekly via PayPal, Wise or a local payout partner).
