Yes. Every listing is tagged “Remote”. Schedules align with the client’s market—most roles follow US Eastern or Pacific time blocks published in the job card.
No. Sidekick’s training modules are clearly advertised as free for qualified applicants.
Timelines vary by role demand, but once you pass Step 6 (pooled applicants) you are eligible for immediate matching. Many candidates interview with a client within 1-3 weeks of entering the pool; final placement happens after the client interview (Step 7).
Our remote US-based clients expect:
1. Reliable laptop/desktop (At least 8 GB RAM+, i5/Ryzen 5 or equivalent)
2. Hard-wired internet of at least 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
3. Noise-cancelling USB headset and HD webcam for calls
Sidekick VAs work as independent contractors servicing US clients through Sidekick’s management team. You invoice Sidekick and are paid in USD (typically bi-weekly via PayPal, Wise or a local payout partner).
